Tall Shots – Age 8-10

 Tall Shots (Age 8 to 10) – 90 minute class
This beginner and intermediate class is for boys and girls looking to do gymnastics is a fun and non-competitive environment. They will go on the floor, bars, beam, tumble-track, trampoline and vault.  All classes are catered to the individual levels of each participant as they progress through the nationally developed CAN-GYM program.

ADVANCED TALL SHOTS

This intermediate to advanced class is for boys and girls looking to take their gymnastics to the next level in a fun and non-competitive environment. They will go on the floor, bars, beam, tumble-track, trampoline and vault, with a focus on conditioning, body placement and perfecting skills to take their gymnastics to the next level.   All classes are catered to the individual levels of each participant as they progress through the nationally developed CAN-GYM program.
