Our recreational trampoline & tumbling programs are for kids age 6 & up. Our certified NCCP coaches guide participants through age and level appropriate trampoline & tumbling programs.

TRAMPOLINE
Trampoline (Age 6-8 or 9+) – 60 minute class
A whole hour devoted to jumping on a trampoline & tumble track! In this class, participants learn trampoline safety, basic & intermediate skills and play games as they work through our level system with the help of a certified instructor.
Advanced Trampoline (Age 9+) – 60 minute class
A whole hour devoted to jumping on a trampoline & tumble track! In this class, participants learn trampoline safety, basic & intermediate skills and play games as they work through our level system with the help of a certified instructor.
TUMBLING
Tumble Weeds (Age 6-8) – 60 minute class – NOT RUNNING FALL TERM 1_2021
This hour long class introduces young athletes to basic tumbling. Coaches will teach safe landing techniques and foundational gymnastics skills on our spring floor, tumble track and trampoline.
Tumbling (Age 8-10) – 60 minute class NOT RUNNING FALL TERM 1_2021
In this class, youth are introduced to basic and intermediate tumbling skills, from front rolls to cartwheels, walkovers and possibly handsprings. Classes focus on safe landings and floor-specific techniques, complemented by occasional use of tumble track and trampoline.

In this class, participants develop basic and intermediate tumbling skills, from front rolls to cartwheels and up to walkovers and handsprings. Classes focus on safe landings and floor-specific techniques, complemented by occasional use of tumble track and trampoline.
Tumbling (Age 12+) – 60 minute class
In this class, participants develop basic and intermediate tumbling skills, from front rolls to cartwheels and up to walkovers and handsprings. Ideal for cheerleaders looking to improve their tumbling. Classes focus on safe landings and floor-specific techniques, complemented by occasional use of tumble track and trampoline.
